Abstract

the student character formed, and to explain teachers' efforts in instilling these values. The study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of Pancasila values is carried out through the habituation of praying before and after learning, flag ceremonies, mutual cooperation (gotong royong), class deliberation, the application of discipline, and attitudes of mutual respect. This implementation forms religious character, discipline, responsibility, tolerance, mutual cooperation, and social care in students. Teachers play a role in shaping character through role modeling, habituation of positive behavior, integration of Pancasila values into learning, and the provision of continuous guidance and direction, so that Pancasila values can be applied in daily life within the school environment.
