Archiving and Licensing Policy

Journal of Human Behavior in Organization (HuBO) utilizes the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to establish a distributed archiving network among participating libraries. These systems allow libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. All content stored within the CLOCKSS Archive and the Global LOCKSS Network is preserved with explicit publisher permission, secured through formal agreements or online permission statements.

HuBO works closely with the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS communities to ensure the implementation of governance, technical infrastructure, and legal frameworks that align with international standards of scholarly preservation. This partnership guarantees the long-term accessibility and authenticity of the journal’s content across diverse repositories and jurisdictions.

In line with its commitment to open access and scholarly preservation, HuBO implements a self-archiving policy. Authors are permitted to archive all published articles in institutional repositories, public repositories, or personal websites, in accordance with the journal’s open access policy.
